Rental Policy

We are happy to have you to rent one of our aircraft for a day trip or longer, but high demand for our rental aircraft necessitates minimum flight requirements for longer rentals.  If you are planning to take one of our aircraft for longer than six hours the following minimum flight hours must be put on the aircraft or you will still be charged the minimum hours rate.
  • Piper Warriors – Due to the high student demand for these aircraft they may not be checked out for longer than six consecutive hours at a time.
  • Cessna 152  – Minimum requirements are two hours in a 12 hour period.
  • Piper Arrow  – Minimum requirements are two hours in a 24 hour period.
  • Flight Design CTSW – Due to the high student demand for this aircraft, it may not be checked out for longer than six consecutive hours at a time
Our online scheduling software does not allow us to restrict the number of hours an aircraft can be scheduled, so we ask that you please plan your flights accordingly.

As always, please feel free to contact us regarding any flight you are planning, or if you have questions regarding our policies.
