Oct 5, 2010 --- It was a beautiful day for flying Saturday! Thirty-eight area youth came to Northampton for our fall Young Eagle rally. Dan and Pat Bergeron from our local EAA Chapter coordinated ten pilots and several ground crew members who volunteered their time and aviation enthusiasm. Scout troops, church groups and former summer campers were thrilled about their time in the air and then enjoyed a delicious cookout on the grass. 

We plan to host two more Young Eagle rallies in the coming year, one in the spring and one in the fall. If you are interested in becoming part of our next rally, either as a pilot, ground crew, or Young Eagle, please email Holly.
