Details

In 1977, Piper introduced the Arrow III (PA-28R-201), which featured a semi-tapered wing and longer stabilator, a design feature that provided better low-speed handling. It also featured larger fuel tanks, increasing capacity from 50 to 77 gallons. The Arrow is our "complex" aircraft. It has retractable landing gear and a constant speed propeller. It is used for advanced training and rental. It is nicely equiped with a Garmin 430 and a three blade propeller that makes it a great cross country airplane.
